The alliance combines the new Enterprise Networks Group`s eBusiness communication solutions and Origin`s worldwide CRM and eBusiness consulting and systems integration capabilities. Together the companies will create comprehensive solutions for enterprises spanning Europe that will include offerings in the areas of eBusiness, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), multi-channel customer interaction and Unified Messaging.
Companies looking to move into a virtual enterprise business model through the introduction of an end-to-end eBusiness solution will benefit from this alliance which addresses Multi-Channel Customer Relationship business priorities, processes and organisation.
The new Enterprise Networks Group brings a strong CRM product portfolio and worldwide call center market leadership to the alliance. Solutions include its CRM Central 2000 software suite for intelligent work management and enterprise connectivity, and CentreVu Customer Care Solutions to manage customer interactions through multiple channels such as phone, fax, e-mail, internet and WAP. To this, Origin adds its skills in IT management, organization, architectural design as well as eBusiness and CRM consulting, systems integration and implementation.
Origin and the new Enterprise Networks Group will primarily target a number of vertical markets such as financial services, media and logistics, government, utilities and telecoms. Initially, the companies will focus on joint planning on strategic accounts out of the Netherlands and then focus on other European markets later this year.
