Global and regional digital leader LG Electronics has added a budget 17-inch CRT screen to its award-winning Flatron range of monitors for the local market.
The new T710BH with 1280 x 1024 resolution is aimed at the budget-conscious customer who needs bright, clear images on a large screen.
All monitors in LG`s Flatron range have a truly flat screen, which is easier on the eyes over long viewing periods. By eliminating curves, LG`s Flatron Technology delivers a more realistic picture and minimises light reflection.
"The T710BH will be a real winner for LG and further increase the range of Flatron monitors in SA," said Johann van Wyk, divisional manager of IT Products at LG Electronics South Africa.
"While LCD screens are beginning to make ground on CRT monitor sales, there is still a niche at the budget end of the sector for high quality, bright CRT screens.
"LG Electronics will also launch more models in its Flatron range very soon, further increasing its grip on monitor leadership in SA."
