EOH Global Application Solutions spearheads distribution of Kofax in SA

Ursula Dorfling has recently been appointed as the Kofax Channel Partner Manager at EOH Global Application Solutions in light of EOH's official appointment as the local master distributor for Kofax.

Dorfling will utilise her 21 years of experience in the IT industry to enable the Kofax channel of resellers to deliver on revenue targets and grow the Kofax software and solutions footprint in South Africa.

Managing the expectations of the existing channel and driving further sales into 'old' Kofax hardware engagements will prove to be a challenge, says Dorfling.

“A number of customers have purchased the Kofax software on the back of hardware deals, prior to the split between Kofax hardware and software internationally. I will be approaching the challenge from the perspective of bringing these customers into the fold and helping them grow their business by utilising the full benefits of the software, in which the software channel will play a big role.

“My drive and passion is around service delivery, and I strongly believe that through the correct implementation of IT solutions and through 'sweating' existing IT assets, our customers are able to improve their service delivery to their customers and ultimately increase bottom line profit,” Dorfling explains.

Dorfling believes the demand for faster response on customer interactions, combined with lower operational costs, will drive the demand for automation, which is where Kofax will add the most value. “EOH Global Application Solutions is a large player in the South African IT sector.
