EOH Holdings has appointed Pumeza Bam as an executive director, from 15 July.
Bam has been named human resource director for the EOH group of companies, it said yesterday in a Stock Exchange News Service announcement.
She joins EOH from SAP Africa, where she was the executive director responsible for HR in sub-Saharan Africa.
Bam has more than 15 years' experience in human resources in the public sector, education, financial services and IT sectors.
EOH has three divisions: consulting, outsourcing and technology. The company listed on the JSE in 1998.
In January, EOH said it would absorb the local arm of international IT management software company CA. The companies said, at the time, they had signed a long-term agreement that makes EOH the only representative of the international business in sub Saharan Africa.
