Leading business and technology solutions provider EOH has taken over the South African operation of CA, one of the world's largest IT management software providers.
This makes EOH the sole representative of CA's solutions in sub-Saharan Africa. The reason behind the decision was driven by EOH's unique knowledge of local market conditions, its proven ability in representing international software organisations and its commitment to BEE.
EOH Business Development Director Brian Gubbins says this partnership holds great potential for the business and technology solution provider: “The CA business represents a growing market worth an estimated future revenue of R300 million to R400 million and EOH is well poised to achieve this.”
Gubbins says as an EOH company, CA will continue to thrive both in South Africa and across its borders: “We anticipate margins of between 10% and 15%, which are favourable in these tough economic times.”
Acquisitive growth has always played a role in the EOH growth strategy and the recent acquisitions of REO Consulting and financial services contractors and consultants Highveld PFS, together with the CA deal, considerably strengthens the company's position in the market.
