ERP.com today announced the appointment of Brett Parker as managing director of SecureData, a subsidiary of the JSE-listed group.
Parker has more than 10 years' experience in IT sales, channel management and corporate leadership and has held senior executive positions at both Microsoft and SAP.
Parker joined Microsoft as the enterprise and partner group sales manager, a position which he occupied for two years prior to being appointed to the local executive board as the enterprise and partner group director.
As the director of the small and medium business division at SAP, Parker was responsible for building and defining the local strategy for SAP SME across both South Africa as well as the rest of Africa. Prior to leaving SAP, Parker was appointed as vice-president - territory sales, EMEA.
