Etenga.com brings new dimension to online shopping

A new shopping assistant tool introduced by online computer store, etenga.com, promises to make e-commerce easier, quicker and more interactive. The Live Help shop assistant acts as an interface between shoppers and inventory, pointing out special offers and making gift suggestions that are tailored to each shopper`s needs.

There are three ways that shoppers can use the etenga Live Help system - they may be contacted by an operator in the normal course of their browsing, they may request live assistance by clicking on the Live Help button, or if there are no etenga assistants online, they can send a message including their contact details. According to etenga.com, shoppers will be contacted immediately via telephone.

"Etenga.com is backed by real people who provide an all-important human touch to the online shopping experience," says etenga.com MD Anice Hassim. "It`s one of the reasons why our site is so popular.

"It also offers us the opportunity to provide customers with suggestions and even quotes in real-time for products which may not be listed.
