Euphoria Telecom delivers powerful telecom solution for SME business

Johannesburg, 15 Mar 2011

For the small and medium business that wants to harness the power of the Internet and spend money on growth rather than their phone service. Euphoria Telecom offers a Cloud PBX solution that meets these needs; unlike traditional phone systems, the solution eliminates the need for phone lines and equipment beyond the phones and uses a broadband connection to transport calls over the Internet.

Euphoria's customers enjoy the ease of plug-and-play service using Internet-ready phones and are realising up to 50% cost savings over traditional PBX costs each month.

Euphoria is uniquely positioned to serve the SME market and offers a full featured PBX that includes a wide range of features such as digital receptionist, voicemail to e-mail, follow me roaming, music on hold, hunting groups, ring groups, conference calling, free inter-branch transfers and calling, pin dialling, call restrictions, secure call recording, ACD call queues and time of day scheduling.

The Cloud PBX solution empowers a company with as few as five employees with features that enable them to appear bigger and more professional at affordable costs. Business users also have the option of porting their current geographic landline number to the Euphoria's network so there is no need to change their telephone numbers. The scalability of the system allows a business to grow easily without massive capital outlay or commitment. "We see great opportunity in the SME business market and in offering communications solutions for growing businesses that are cost conscious," said George Golding, CEO of Euphoria Telecom.

The solution includes a full online reporting and telephone management system. Users may login and view near real-time reporting for outbound calls, accounting and transactional history, recorded calls and the status of each extension. The solution even offers a prepaid billing option for clients who do not wish to sign contracts and want stay in complete control of their communications expenditure. Euphoria is currently developing a full call analytics engine to enable call centres and distributed business to have a full understanding of their inbound call flow, where calls are lost and what can be done to streamline their call flow to improve customer service and overall sales.

Martin Lubbe, of Altech ISIS, said: “Euphoria enabled us to 'close the deal'. No other provider could or would deliver a functional call centre in the time frame we required. The simplicity of the integration went far beyond our expectation; it gave the term 'plug-and-play' new definition, very few setups works this well from day one. The guys know what they are doing and they do it well." Euphoria's solution was the simplest because it's all pre-configured, and no harder to set up or manage than plugging in a phone.

George Golding said: "The traditional office and the conventional phone system are no longer necessary. With a Cloud PBX solution from Euphoria Telecom, it is possible for small and medium businesses to easily cut the cost of a critical component - a voice communication system. At the same time employers are no longer constrained by geographic location when transferring calls or seeking qualified job applicants. Access to less expensive labour outside of CBD areas is now feasible as Euphoria's solution simplifies communication between the offices and distributed employees."

The Euphoria Express PBX version starts from as little as R299 per month for up to five extensions. Learn more at www.euphoria.co.za.
