Excel4apps announces second year of 40+% revenue growth

Excel4apps, a provider of best-in-class Excel-based inquiry and reporting software for use with SAP and Oracle, has announced top-line revenue growth of more than 40% for the second consecutive year. In addition, with 74% staff growth in 2013, the company announced the appointment of Todd Herbay as Global Head of Support, located in the company's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.

During the financial year ending 31 December 2013, Excel4apps achieved annual revenue growth of 41%, compared with 48% last year. "We are on a mission to empower end-user reporting and eliminate time-wasting tools and processes. Our results, driven by customer acceptance for our products, show that we are making great progress," said Michele Buson, CEO and Co-Founder, Excel4apps.

To maintain its standard of excellence in providing premier products and support to a growing global customer base, Excel4apps grew its staff by 74% in 2013. Of the staff added, 25% are additions to the company's support and development resources, nearly doubling the Global Customer Support team through addition of Herbay and regional solution specialists in multiple time zones.

The combined team has extensive SAP and Oracle experience, including Herbay, who helped deploy Excel4apps' GL Wand solution while working with Wesco Distribution, an industrial supplier. "The recent support team additions reflect our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of customer service," Herbay said.
