Execs deal in stock

Executives of Allied Technologies and Dimension have bought and sold shares in their respective companies.

Altech Netstar MD Harry Louw sold two lots of shares in Altech. The dealings on the market were the result of Louw exercising his share options.

The first dealing took place last year and saw 146 shares being sold at R73.80 each. The second deal was on Monday, with 586 shares being sold at R50.99. He made a net profit of R16 272.

Dimension Data director David Sherriffs exercised 160 000 share appreciation rights, granted at £0.38 each on the last day of last year. He then sold 76 466 shares for £0.75 on 31 December and another 250 000 shares for R9 on Monday.

Sherriffs now holds a million shares, or 0.06% of the company.
