The upcoming Tech Expo Innovators events will provide a networking space for young innovators, top sponsors and tech firms across SA.
Hosted in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, the day-long events invite honours, masters and PhD students in IT or electrical or mechanical engineering to showcase their original projects, ideas and findings. In doing so, innovators and entrepreneurs will be able to share knowledge and gain exposure to a variety of sponsors and tech firms.
The event also gives tech firms the opportunity to recruit the top IT and electrical or mechanical engineering students from universities across the country.
Tech Expo Innovators will take place on 19 November in Durban and feature presentations from students at UKZN, DUT, and Zululand University. The Cape Town event will take place on 24 November and feature presentations from UCT, CPUT, UWC and Stellenbosch University, and the Johannesburg event on 2 December will see presentations from WITS, UJ, and the University of Pretoria.
