The magicolor 5430DL offers three resolution settings up to 2 400 x 600dpi Fine ART. Used in conjunction with Konica Minolta`s polymer toner and automatic colour matching calibration, the magicolor 5430DL produces smooth halftones, detailed lines and text coupled with excellent colour. Users can expect the same level of performance and speed whether printing draft pages or high quality documents.
The magicolor 5430DL supports several media types and can accept a maximum input capacity of up to 1 250 sheets. Designed for easy use, innovative features include all-in-one, intelligent toner cartridges, which combine the toner and OPC drum into one slide-in cartridge.
PageScope Web Connection (an embedded Web browser) and the desktop Status Monitor are two convenient methods of checking printer and supplies status and retrieving other real-time printer data. The printer`s keypad offers a convenient means of viewing the amount of toner remaining in each cartridge. eAIDC (enhanced Automatic Image Density Control) tracks toner density and adjusts automatically to maintain consistent colour quality.

In 1998, Itec received the rights to sell Konica products in southern Africa. Following the merge of Konica and Minolta, it now supplies the Konica Minolta brand of multifunctional products (MFPs), copiers, faxes and printers.
