FireID announces release of Mobile Token application for Android Platform

Stellenbosch - FireID, a leading provider of two-factor authentication solutions on mobile phones, announces the release of its Mobile Token application for the Android platform, a first in the two-factor authentication space.

FireID's CEO, Jenny Dugmore, emphasises FireID's commitment to delivering native builds for any and all mobile phone platforms as part of FireID's business strategy.

FireID's Mobile Token application is already available for the following mobile phone platforms: Java, BlackBerry, iPhone, and Windows Mobile. A native Symbian version of the Mobile Token application is already in development.
