The official launch of Nambiti Nextwave Consulting, the first black-owned SAP special expertise partner, was held yesterday.
Nambiti NextWave Consulting (N^2 Consulting) is a joint venture between Nambiti Technologies and Next Wave Collaborative Business Solutions, which are both accredited SAP partners. Together, they will provide customers with enterprise solutions for mySAP product lifecycle data management, and data and document archiving solutions and services.
"With the formation of N^2, our company has become the exclusive delivery channel for all the software that we have developed for the SAP software," says Werner Simpson, COO of N^2 Consulting. "Next Wave`s strategy is to align ourselves with all requirements stated for BEE [black economic empowerment] partners. This is a joint commitment, and definitely from our side, we want it to be successful in the content management arena."
Kevin Paul, CEO of N^2 Consulting, says that after a while, Nambiti Technologies in its entirety will become a part of N^2 Consulting. "We will continue focusing on a broader mySAP business suite, but further down the line, we will collapse the whole entity into N^2."
The companies claim that N^2 Consulting is the only player in the South African market that provides such a breadth of service offerings. "We take care of the creation, management and publication of complex engineering content, placed in a managed, controlled and secure environment," says Simpson.
