First United goes paperless

First United Bank is transforming its loans process systems with the aim of moving to a paperless lending environment, reports IBS Intelligence.

The US is implementing process and case management software from Global 360, a process and document management solutions vendor, by migrating over five million images from Jack Henry's Silhouette document imaging solution.

The company's next initiative is to get all loans onto Global 360's process and workflow engine.

PNMsoft releases BPO software
