Five9 appoints CEO

Hosted contact centre solutions provider Five9 has appointed a new president and CEO, according to Business Wire.

With more than 11 years of experience as a CEO, Mike Burkland will join the team in a bid to sustain the company's success as it gains market share in the on-demand call centre market.

Burkland served as CEO for several leading software companies prior to this appointment.

Arvato uses Aspect

Arvato Services, a global third-party outsourcing provider, will leverage 400 seats of Uniphi Connect with its Aspect CallCenter ACDs to create a virtual SIP-based VOIP contact centre, reports TMCnet.

Arvato is taking this step in an effort to enhance its customer service deliverables.

The company is one of the first in Belgium and the Netherlands to roll out a large-scale IP contact centre initiative.

Anana selects Paraxip

Anana has selected Paraxip's NetBorder software solution as part of a large outbound contact centre solution, at a wireless operator based in the UK, according to PR-USA.

The NetBorder software platform provides smart connectivity services that enhance the efficiency of IP contact centre applications.

In this deployment, the NetBorder connectivity product is used to significantly enhance the automation rate of the customer's proactive contact applications, therefore improving agent productivity and enhancing the end-customer experience with the contact centre.
