Forbes names Mercury Interactive CEO Amnon Landan 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year

Forbes recognises Mercury as one of the "hottest software firms in the world"

Today, Mercury Interactive Corporation, the global leader in business technology optimisation (BTO), announced that Amnon Landan, chairman and CEO, has been named 2003 "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Forbes, and will be featured on the cover of the 27 October issue of Forbes Magazine.

In the Forbes story, senior editor Bruce Upbin, states: "The company he leads - Mercury Interactive - is one of the hottest firms in the world."

Each year, Forbes selects one executive that sets the standard for excellence and innovation in business leadership as "Entrepreneur of the Year". During his tenure as CEO, Landan has grown Mercury Interactive from $77 to more than $400 million in annual revenues, with 24% growth in the past year, and expanded the company`s base to thousands of companies in more than 30 countries.
