The all-new Tellumat Telecoms unified messaging system - Calldirector - has been installed at the Foschini Group head office in Parow, giving this proudly South African fashion chain a whole new way of getting their message across.
The installation was successfully completed at the end of April and already statistics are showing a 14% increase in Foschini`s customer care effectiveness.
