Foschini has implemented Realyst Premises Manager. Gerry Brand of Foschini states that with 1200 stores within the group, the administration and timeous payment of rentals as well as the rental and turnover rental projection capabilities of Realyst will greatly improve their ability to manage Foschini`s leased properties.
The ability to view lease information across the organisation as well as the added functionality of being able to manage variable rate turnover certificates are seen as key benefits. Realyst Premises Manager was implemented at Foschini in September 2001 and through a joint consultative process the functionality was enhanced to meet Foschini`s requirements.
When searching for an application to assist Foschini, the fact that Realyst was locally developed and supported as well as the ability to enhance the application to meet Foschini`s specific requirements was one of the main reasons for implementing Realyst Premises Manager.
