TIPA (Tudor IT Process Assessment) is fast-becoming the industry standard for providing guidance for assessing and improving IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
The framework helps companies to identify areas of improvement and enhances their capability to better support, innovate and react to IT changes - in both good and tough economic times.
TIPA uses the principles of the ISO/IEC 15504 standard to determine the maturity level of IT processes. The ISO/IEC 15504 standard, an internationally accepted standard for process assessment, defines an assessment method that can be easily adapted to different process frameworks.
