Foster-Melliar, Marval sign landmark agreement

Foster-Melliar, a wholly owned subsidiary of JSE listed Simeka Business Group and a leading supplier of Service Management solutions today announced an agreement with Marval SA, a South African representative of UK-based company Marval Software Limited. Marval Software is an international leader in the field of integrated ITSM software. This agreement enables Foster-Melliar to offer a complete ITSM solution to the South African market. Foster-Melliar's solution is set to be launched early in 2009 and Marval Software's integrated ITSM software solution (MSM) is core to this new offering.
