Foster Parents Plan International utilises ASP payroll service

By Headlines PR
Johannesburg, 23 Mar 2004

Foster Parents Plan International is a child-centred, international development organisation that works in 45 countries globally, assisting 1.3 million children by building the foundations for long-term, sustainable improvements in the lives of children and the communities in which they live. Plan's regional office for East and southern Africa is based in Johannesburg.

Initially, Plan approached SIS to provide a standalone payroll system, but decided to move to the ASP offering instead to support the requirement for mobility as its representatives travel extensively throughout Africa and require the facility to access the system remotely.

Through the SIS ASP framework, clients such as Plan are able to leverage online services beyond payroll. The standard framework of integrated products incorporates payroll, HR, ERP, performance management, CRM and business intelligence in a hosted environment, and links these offerings to value-added services.
