Interactive Intelligence will be presenting the results of its customer service survey, conducted in partnership with ITWeb, in a free Webinar, on 7 May.
The Webinar aims to help businesses better understand and service customers at every stage of interaction, in order to better succeed in today's competitive climate.
The survey examines the role of customer service in African organisations today; how well African organisations are prepared to deliver customer service excellence; and what channels and technologies for delivery African organisations are using.
The Webinar is the first in a new series of Interactive Intelligence Webinars focusing on the importance of customer service within a business' customer experience strategy, and the role of contact centres in delivering service excellence.
In this session, ITWeb editorial director Ranka Jovanovic will present and discuss the results of the survey. The session will be chaired by Rod Jones, contact centre consultant and industry expert.
