Geoff Holloway, president and CEO of Search Software America (SSA), will conduct a free seminar to demonstrate the application of `search, find, match and group` technologies in various systems such as fraud, CRM and customer systems, call centres, marketing systems, address/household matching and e-business.
SSA`s software is particularly relevant to organisations concerned with the building of a central customer index, compliance checking, AML and KYC.
The seminar will be hosted by Bateleur Software Solutions, exclusive agent for SSA products in SA, at MonteCasino, Fourways, on 9 April from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
