The board of FrontRange Limited has announced that it will postpone the date of release of its annual results, which was scheduled for 21 June 2005.
The delay has been caused by an as yet incomplete audit at the group`s German office. Although the German office constitutes only around 4% of the group`s operations, the board endeavours to achieve compliance standards of the highest order and would like a full audit to be completed before it announces its results.
It is expected that FrontRange will be able to announce the revised release date by 27 June 2005.
