FrontRange Solutions has received a 2006 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC's) Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine (www.cismag.com) for GoldMine IP voice Suite.
Customer Inter@ction Solutions has been the leading publication covering CRM, call centres and teleservices in the USA from 1982.
GoldMine IP Voice Suite delivers an enterprise-class VOIP telephony application that includes full integration to GoldMine Corporate Edition CRM to help companies elevate the quality of interactions with their customers, which in turn boosts sales, increases customer loyalty and raises the productivity of service teams.
