FrontRange receives Pioneer Award for GoldMine solution

Honour for being first customer interaction solution to combine IP telephony and CRM

FrontRange Solutions announced today that its GoldMine IP Voice Suite solution is a recipient of the 2006 IP Contact Centre Technology Pioneer Award presented by the Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine in the US.

Customer Inter@ction Solutions, owned by the Technology Marketing Corporation, has been the leading publication in CRM, call centres and teleservices since 1982.
