Fujitsu Siemens Computers has announced the appointment of IT4africa as a distribution partner. IT4africa is positioned as a premier, trade-only (channel) specialist distributor of selected technology products. The company was formed out of the combined efforts of African based investors with extensive distribution experience. It has an extensive footprint across the entire continent of Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
IT4africa will base its management, administrative and call centre in Johannesburg, with warehouses and facilities operating out of Johannesburg International Airport. Bases have already been established in Namibia and Botswana, with Zimbabwe and Zambia to follow shortly. The company provides supply chain and distribution services and have added Fujitsu Siemens Computers to their product portfolio to increase their market penetration.
