Fulcrum customers can now acquire reporting templates that offer the following reports:
* A consolidated timesheet extract report.
* Invoice forecast report.
* A consolidated progress report for management that highlights project milestones and deliverables to offer a clear view of the status of the project.
* Programme Performance Quadrant report that is based on Earned Value Analysis, plotting CPI and SPI values.
* Consolidated milestone report, and a wide variety of other reports.
In addition, companies with a mature SAP implementation can even integrate the invoicing report into their ERP system direct from the EPM database to ensure their projects are always on track. Alternatively they can run standalone reports to use as a comparison to their SAP data.
Lourens adds that the availability of the reports is proof that Fulcrum can offer more than analysis, implementation and training expertise for Microsoft EPM. The company also has a highly-skilled development team capable of customising EPM solutions to the client`s exact needs, no matter which industry they operate in.
"To ensure there are no additional license fees or technical implementation problems customers have to deal with, the reports are all accessed from the Internet Explorer Web browser, making it easy to run them whenever necessary," adds Lourens. "Our goal was to ensure project and corporate managers could obtain additional project intelligence with the least amount of effort. And our initial customer feedback indicates we have succeeded."
