Futuristix adds consulting service to its offering

Futuristix, an EOH Group company, today announced that it has established a consulting service offering aimed at complementing and supporting its implementation and system integrators partner channel.

As sole distributor for the full range of Wonderware software in southern Africa and an official distributor for MDTSoft`s products, Futuristix Consulting Service will service and support a wide range of customers in the industrial sector.

"With this new offering, we endeavour to meet our vision to form life-long, technology-based partnerships with our customers by combining product knowledge with technical expertise, offering a value added comprehensive service," says Rob Sporen, executive director of EOH.

The Futuristix Consulting Service will include product consulting, implementation of PLC software change management systems, product installation and upgrade services aimed to minimise risk and maximise return on investment over the product lifecycle.

Carl de Jager, a Futuristix employee with more than 15 years` related experience, has been appointed to lead the new service.

"Futuristix Consulting Services aims to take responsibility for the success of our customers` investment in Wonderware and MDTSoft solutions providing assistance to the end-user and system integrator," says De Jager.
