Fuzion wins clients with innovative hosted offering

Fuzion has been selected by African Legal Networks to take over the software needs of its legal assistance network utilising Fuzion's innovative hosted offering.

This new option allows call centres to access Fuzion, a complete direct solution for the sale and administration of financial products over the Internet, while the system is hosted on Saratoga's IT infrastructure.

"This option allows clients to take advantage of our world-class software and infrastructure no matter where they are in the country and significantly cuts down the costs and time in setting up their call centres," according to JB Maree, Saratoga's business development director.

Fuzion allows for easy configuration of in- and out-bound campaigns, as well as providing a full back-office administrative platform for call centres.

Fuzion provides a complete direct solution for the sale and administration of various insurance and financial products in a virtual and paperless environment.

African Legal Networks was founded in 1998 by Dr Matthews Phosa, the former Premier of Mpumalanga Province, in order to provide legal protection to members anywhere in South Africa.

The company's aim is to ensure members know their rights through obtaining legal advice and that their rights are protected. Fuzion is targeted at call centres that see their future in Web-based and paperless environments which manage sales, agent remuneration, policy administration and debit order runs.

"Fuzion has secured yet another Gauteng-based client; this illustrates the product's continued expansion into this very competitive market," says Anthony Robinson, Saratoga's CEO.

Fuzion was created by Saratoga Software in partnership with a leading Cape Town based call centre. The two organisations worked together to create a world-class software package tailored to suit the needs of local call centres and provide them with a competitive advantage. The product also caters for local legislative requirements and is currently being used to sell products for one of the big four retail banks in Cape Town. The Fuzion software solution is innovative in that it allows companies to manage their call centre on a real-time basis. As one of three finalists in the Calling the Cape 2005 call centre solution awards, it has a long, established history of success.
