The launch of Gestetner SA`s DSm516pf brings the benefits of all-in-one multifunctional digital document technology right to the desks of business users. The compact DSm516pf combines printing, faxing, copying and colour scanning functions in a single, affordable desktop package.
Users of the DSm516pf will benefit from low running costs. This device is based on laser technology, which ensures the MFP`s price per page is at least 50% less than its ink or bubble jet counterparts.
Other benefits include printing and copying speeds of 16 pages per minute at 600dpi quality, as well as a first copy speed of 12 seconds, which allows jobs to be completed quickly.
Gestetner`s DSm516pf is very easy to use. A straightforward control panel allows simple access to the various functions. The 30-page automatic document feeder (ADF) facilitates copies and faxing of multi-page documents. The paper level indicator warns when the 250-sheet paper tray requires refills, whilst the all-in-one cartridge enables easy, quick and clean replacement. With Speed-, Quick- and Group Dial functions, users can store and access frequently used fax numbers, while Remote Control Panel software allows phone book and device settings to be managed from the desktop.
