Since January 2007, Geneva Printotek started to move slowly into the consumable market. We have developed a relationship with a reputable consumable supplier which has benefited the relationships with our existing and prospective clients.
We offer both original and compatible consumables for all printer brands, namely: Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Canon, OKI, Samsung, Brother, Tally Genicom and many more.
It is a general trend throughout the IT industry that companies prefer not to use compatible cartridges, however, in the past seven months the failure rate experienced by our clients has been less than 1%.
We at Geneva Printotek have adopted the policy whereby, should we encounter any problems with cartridges we do a "No questions asked" swap out. When purchasing refilled consumables, preferred pricing is given to customers who supply us with their empty cartridges. The saving incurred by supplying an empty cartridge can be up to 20% per item purchased.
On the other side of the scale, we are also managing to supply original cartridges at very, very competitive pricing. So don't miss the bus. These originals include toners, ink cartridges, imaging drums and ribbons for all makes and models.
