As part of leading graphics card solution provider Gigabyte Technology`s commitment to the global gaming marketplace, the company has announced that it will bundle Quake 4, featuring the Doom 3 engine, with its range of graphics cards.
Essentially, this means that when purchasing your next graphics card you will receive the latest and acclaimed version of Quake for free.
Comments Michael Hann, Gigabyte business manager at Rectron: "Bundling Quake 4 with its graphics cards clearly shows that Gigabyte is taking the gaming community seriously. Quake 4 is one of the foremost games in the world and eagerly anticipated by many."
Quake 4 continues the story from Quake 2 but, among others, features "smarter" monsters, more sophisticated weapons and team members who can be coordinated in battle.
The game draws upon game play elements from industry classics in the FPS genre. Elements such as Team Play, Stealth & All-Out Blazing action can be experienced which is coupled with a highly detailed environment using the Doom 3 engine.
Quake 4 runs on any PC that supports Doom 3.
