GijimaAst wins international Microsoft award

At the recent Microsoft World Partner Conference in Minneapolis, GijimaAst was awarded the World Wide Partner Award in the category "Winning Customers".

GijimaAst is Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with competencies in business intelligence, information worker, advanced infrastructure solutions, networking infrastructure solutions and integrated e-business, and has been providing solutions based on Microsoft technology since 1998.

The "Winning Customer" for GijimaAst was the project for HYTEC, involving the migration of its Novell environment to a pure Microsoft environment. HYTEC is the largest supplier of hydraulic components and systems in SA and is the region`s leader in fluid power engineering.

"GijimaAst has a strong commitment to the Microsoft platform and in delivering customised solutions to providing their clients with a competitive advantage in the market," explains Marthinus Erasmus, Executive Director of GijimaAst.

"We see this prestigious award as recognition of constant effort in achieving tangible business benefits for our clients through the deployment of workable solutions using the Microsoft platform," adds Erasmus.
