Glenrand MIB Benefit Services selects AdvanceNet Pivotal for customer relationship management

AdvanceNet today announced that Glenrand MIB Benefit Services, specialising in the financial and investment advisory, employee benefits and healthcare consultancy markets, has selected PivotaleRelationship 2000 (eBRM) as part of a strategic move to utilise technology to assist in strengthening and enhancing customer relationships.

Glenrand MIB Benefit Services acknowledges that maintaining and deepening customer relationships is the key differentiator for future success.

As a result they required a CRM solution that would be able to accommodate workflow requirements and contain the flexibility to satisfy a complex business environment.

"The philosophy of the company implementing the solution was very important for us. AdvanceNet demonstrated a history of successful CRM implementations along with the added commitment of using the product comprehensively themselves," says Corrie Verburg, Financial Director for Glenrand MIB Benefit Services.
