Global 360 and KnowledgeLake announced a strategic partnership whereby the companies will integrate their offerings to deliver the first complete process and document management solution for Microsoft SharePoint.
The partnership brings together the leading Microsoft-centric BPMS provider, according to Forrester Research, and the market-leading Microsoft SharePoint document imaging and content management provider.
The two companies now provide a seamless process and document management solution supporting image capture, process management and document management for the Microsoft SharePoint platform.
With this new, combined offering, customers will have an end-to-end solution, including capture, workflow, document management and archiving on the SharePoint platform, delivered with an intuitive user experience in the familiar SharePoint environment. This Microsoft-based end-to-end solution provides an integrated platform to deliver strategic and cost-effective process-based solutions.
For businesses that must contend with a large amount of paper, the Global 360 and KnowledgeLake partnership also offers vertical solution frameworks (solutionViews) that bring together industry best practices and proven process improvement solutions. Each solutionView delivers out-of-the-box components that are pre-configured for a specific business process.
Available solutionViews for key business processes include customer onboarding, account opening, claims processing, savings and retirement portfolio management, and new business and underwriting, as well as eJustice solutions for government judiciary and law enforcement agencies.
David Mitchell, Global 360 CEO, said: “KnowledgeLake and Global 360 together have years of experience providing solutions to mission critical business problems in paper-intensive industries such as financial services, public sector, manufacturing and insurance. This partnership allows customers to realise more value from their existing investments in Microsoft technologies.
Together we are arming our customers with vertical, SharePoint-based solutions, the next step in the evolution of SharePoint applications.”

With more than 100 million user licences worldwide, Microsoft SharePoint Server has become the de facto standard to support project team collaboration, basic document sharing and common portal functions. The combined offerings of KnowledgeLake and Global 360 solutions enable the next big step as companies can now leverage the SharePoint Server platform for more strategic processes.
