JSE-listed Global Technology Limited (Glotec), has changed the name of BCS Computer Software (Pty) Ltd to Global Technology Insurance Systems (Pty) Ltd (GTIS), with immediate effect. GTIS supplies IT solutions to the southern African insurance industry.
Dewald Lubbe, MD of Global Technology Insurance Systems, comments, "This is a positive step for the company, as it is now fully incorporated into the culture and value system of our parent company, Glotec. GTIS is currently in the midst of a number of exciting projects, and we are confident that these projects will have a positive impact on our clients` operations."
The Global Technology Insurance division consists of Global Technology Insurance Systems and Brolink, a company specialising in the servicing of short-term insurance companies and brokers. Global Technology Limited is a leading provider of software solutions to the banking, insurance and financial services industries.
