Global Technology has signed a $7 million deal with RAMS Home Loans, one of Australia`s leading and most trusted home loan brands, to supply RAMS with its new Enterprise Banking System Solution (EBSS). This implementation will take place in September 2000.
Charles Weiser, CEO of RAMS, says, "Global Technology is providing a total banking solution to RAMS, at the heart of which is the GLOBUS product. This solution will have an immense impact on the quality and speed of service RAMS is able to provide to its customers, and will include telephone and e-commerce flexibility."

The innovative EBSS solution, to be rolled out in stages, comprises the world leading GLOBUS banking system package and a number of "best-of-breed" complementary products from within the Global Technology product range, including CAEMS, Internet Banking, JANNA, Hyperion and Datastage.
CBS, Global Technology`s business consulting arm, worked in close partnership with Global Technology Banking to obtain RAMS` systems specifications and requirements. This consultative phase of the deal was essential in order to ensure that RAMS` exact requirements would be met.
