GovernanceGlobal has signed a business partnership agreement with Securac, reports Canada IT.
Securac provides governance risk compliance (GRC) services for large corporations and has established clients such as Symantec, CISCO, Bell, Coca-Cola, WestJet, TELUS, EPCOR and Deloitte & Touche.
Under the agreement Securac will provide GovernanceGlobal's BoardSuite and WhistleBlower services in Canada, USA, Australia, UK and Asia.
IT governance centre leads to improvement
Business and technology solutions provider Acquity Group says that it is seeing success with implementations of the Mercury IT Governance Centre to assist with clients' strategic business initiatives, reports the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Journal.
"Our relationship with clients is greatly enhanced because of Mercury," said Chris Dalton, CEO of Acquity. "Mercury enables us to lend our strategic and technical expertise to drive process optimisation while providing client leadership with the software and processes to make better business decisions."
The company implemented Mercury IT Governance Centre to assist with HR case management, automated code promotion, IT service requests, project initiation, IT governance, and portfolio management and project management.
