Delegates to a recent conference hosted by the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) received information packs printed on two Oc'e production printing systems.
The GPL hosted the annual Association of Public Accounts Committees Conference at Emperor's Palace during October and asked Oc'e to sponsor the printing for the event, which included information packs for 450 delegates. Oc'e was happy to oblige and supplied two Oc'e black and white printing systems for the four-day event.
Oc'e South Africa's Stephen Bell says: “The ease of use and reliability of the Oc'e systems made them ideal for this application as the delegates needed to have their paperwork without exception. The delegates received printed sheets that were printed efficiently, clearly and quickly - the two machines printed 90 pages per minute for the 450 attendees, ensuring that nobody had to wait for their information pack.”
Bell adds: “Oc'e leapt at the opportunity to assist a client that has previously used our competitor's machines and welcomed the opportunity to demonstrate the unrivalled reliability and quality offered by Oc'e equipment.”
“I hope that we are approached for similar sponsorships in the future based on the success of this venture,” he concludes.
Oc'e printing systems are used in several African countries to print examination papers and state documents.
