International business software provider HansaWorld has established a firm foothold in the southern African motor industry. Since starting South African operations in late 2005, HansaWorld has signed new deals with Dixon Batteries as well as with independent motor dealerships like, Tata, Citroen & Investment cards.
HansaWorld`s complete suite of business software is specifically designed for the needs of small and medium enterprises. Since we implemented the system, Cymot has seen the computer literacy of their staff increase by 75% and everyone in the company now has access to real-time information about every facet of the organisation."
HansaWorld`s extensive integration and real-time reporting functions are a major benefit to other companies as well, says Peo. "We have customers who were getting bookkeepers in to recapture information that had already been keyed in at the point of sale, simply because their sales systems weren`t integrated with their financials. That integration is now completely automatic, and managers can access up-to-date information at any time - and from anywhere, if they`re using our mobile access."
Dealerships can also now benefit from HansaWorld`s internet services technology, which offers features like instant access to car valuation databases and customer credit records.
