Head Interiors, a well-known interior design company catering for both the residential and corporate markets, has selected Radical Software from Solutional as its quotation and order-tracking workflow system.
Says Ockert Snyman of Head Interiors: "We were looking for a product that offered control over profit margins, debtors, creditors, purchase orders and quotes. The software had to reduce the tedious and time-consuming process of typing quotes and writing out manual purchase orders. The management control and workflow capabilities were critical.
"We required a product that could take data that has been captured and from that data automatically generate quotations, internal costing sheets and corresponding purchase orders," Snyman adds.
When asked why Head Interiors chose Radical, Snyman says: "Radical is very user-friendly and didn`t require lengthy training hours. It created all of our quotes to customers and purchase orders with suppliers automatically from one set of data for a specific job. Due to the flexibility of Radical and the ease of customisation, we are finding that it is starting to grow into far more than the quotation and purchase order generating package that it was initially purchased for."
Head Interiors is using Radical for quotations to clients, internal costing sheets, purchase orders to suppliers, cost over profit margins, generating automatic profit reports and creating daily reports (eg: purchase orders outstanding).
