Hadaf Al Khaleej Debt Collection LLC (HKDC), a leading collections agency, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, has signed a RiskMentor consulting contract with PIC Solutions.
Through this RiskMentor contract HKDC has access to professional resources from any area of PIC Solutions expertise. This includes credit risk management consulting, analytics, project management and software services. The RiskMentor service is on a retainer-basis and ensures maximum productivity, combined with fixed monthly budgeting.
PIC Solutions consultants will also conduct a Collections HealthCheck to ensure that existing collections policies and procedures are aligned with the new collections strategies. The assignment will seek to highlight a number of areas for focus, which will ensure improved collections results.
