HP cuts prices on HP Procurve networking products

HewlettPackard Company has announced immediate price cuts on two popular switches.

HP has cut the price of HP ProCurve Switch 2224 (J4095A) from R6,400 to R4995 (a 15 percent cut), and HP ProCurve Switch 408 (J4097A) from R1995 to R1495 (a 13 percent cut).

HP ProCurve Layer 2 switches and hubs include free enduser phone support, as well as a lifetime limited warranty for as long as the customer owns the product (except for the HP ProCurve Switch 6208MSX, which carries a oneyear limited warranty with extensions available). In many parts of the world, HP also provides nextbusinessday advance product replacement at no additional cost as part of the standard warranty.
