Yvette Neverling has been appointed as acting group FD, with effect from last Wednesday, the company said in an announcement this morning.
Neverling qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2007 and was appointed as financial manager at subsidiary Huge Telecom, in November last year. Before joining Huge Telecom, she was a financial accountant at Investec Private Bank.
Neverling is a temporary replacement as FD, after Michelle Meth resigned from the company with effect from 22 October, to take up a senior post with another company. CEO James Herbst had previously taken over the role of acting FD, until a replacement was found.
Don Tredoux, a non-executive director, has resigned from the board, also with effect from last week. Huge thanked him for his contribution.
