Hymax Midlands was recently appointed Hymax SA`s Partner of the Year for 2005.
The business, based in Pietermaritzburg, is owned and operated by Horst Kaiser who bought the operation in June 2002. He has spent the past three years carefully restructuring the business to improve service levels and to reposition Hymax as the major supplier of telecommunications equipment (such as PBX`s) in the Midlands area.
"When we were going through the selection process we identified a number of aspects in his business that made him the automatic first choice. Among these were the fact that he exceeded his set targets by 88%, the fact that the company offers clients the comprehensive range of Hymax telecommunications products and services and finally, they also utilise Hymax Finance in all aspects of their business," says John Van Den Munckhof, CEO of Hymax SA.
Hymax Midlands can also count on the support of a strong technical team and by bringing the business in line with Hymax SA`s "one stop shop" objective: it offers clients the latest communications technology from PBX to VOIP to data connectivity to financing facilities.
All these points mean that Hymax Midlands can offer its clients a comprehensive and cost effective service.
The result has been a phenomenal increase in revenues for 2005 and Hymax Midlands counts the Department of Agriculture Richards Bay, the KZN Wildlife Organisation and the Legal Aid Board in Pietermaritzburg among its clients.
