I-many to present in Vegas
I-many, a contract management software provider, will present on 4 April at the B Riley & Co ninth annual Las Vegas Investor Conference to be held at the Palms Casino Resort, says CNNMoney.com.
The event will be the firm's largest conference to date, with three days of presentations by more than 150 companies in a variety of industries, including retail, semiconductors, technology hardware, software, IT services, communications, media, healthcare and commercial banking.

SpringCM buys Synchris assets
SpringCM has acquired the assets of Synchris, including its brand-name line of bid, proposal and contract management software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, reports WashingtonTechnology.
Synchris owns the Privia line of bid and proposal life cycle management software for businesses bidding on federal, state and local government contracts.
SpringCM already offers a contract and proposal management tool for commercial contracts. With the new assets, the company will also have a product that manages government proposals and contracts.
Ryan uses Proliance
Ryan Companies US has completed the implementation of Meridian's Proliance software to replace its existing custom legacy and paper-based business systems, Fox Business.
Ryan is a national commercial real estate firm offering integrated design-build and development as well as asset, property and facilities management services to customers.
Meridian Professional Services worked with Ryan to implement Proliance in phases, initially focusing on office and field management modules followed by budget, cost and contract management.
