On the 19 November 2008, IA Systems launched its newest solution offering in the content management space called iCOR. The launch was held at the Marriot Hotel in Orlando, Florida, at Open Text's Content World event. People from around the globe gathered at the conference and visited the exhibition stand where IA Systems was presenting iCOR.
iCOR has been designed to provide record and information managers, consultants organisational policy-makers and compliance officers, both in government and corporate, with an easy to use, functionally-rich application to quickly create and manage business classification schemes, file plans, records and information directories, retention schedules, sensitivity classification schemes, and all related metadata.
iCOR has been architected to allow easy importing of the file plans into all industry-approved existing records management solutions and as such will add significant value to content management project owners as they attempt to get a handle on their information and provide return on investment.
With the ever deepening economic crises worldwide, organisations are in need of an effective compliance management solution which ensures that standards for information are created and maintained in a cohesive and unified way. iCOR provides such a solution.
