ICT Convergence unveils enterprise CRM solutions

ICT Convergence, enabling the local and international enterprise markets by converging its ICT concepts, has announced its latest enterprise-wide Relationship Management Solutions, comprising inter- and intra-company CRM, Workflow, Helpdesk, support centres, Supply Chain Automation, Opportunity Management and Business Process Automation solutions.

This newly signed portfolio from leading UK-based CRM Company Ascent technologies has provided ICT Convergence with the necessary tool to combine and enrich its award-winning back-office application with a proven front-end tool to take to local or international challenges.

On securing exclusivity to distribute market and provide full support for Africa on the Ascent designed technology, ICT embarked on an aggressive reseller and partner drive to enrich and complement its exiting reseller base within Africa.

Ascent Technology receiving Microsoft gold status and also being the first UK Enterprise CRM product to have back-office certification, and to be accredited by ISM as one of the top Enterprise CRM software solutions globally, has made this partnership a logical and dynamic inclusion to ICT Convergence`s existing portfolio.

This solution is a total Microsoft-centric technology incorporating .Net architecture and is based on MS SQL 7/2000 platform, Microsoft transaction server and support for XML, mobile devices, .Net generations of tools and embedding VBA components (Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications). Additional functions incorporate marketing automation (with click stream analysis), published APIs for integration and a Web portal for true inter-application functionality.

Besides the state of art technology, ICT Convergence is offering a very attractive total cost of ownership for the Ascent enterprise CRM and Relationship Management software, which has already led to huge success with three to four large implementations in prestigious local companies already in progress. The company plans to disclose these case studies on completion of these implementations shortly.
